AN AYR taxi comapny have vowed to help the vulnerable and heoric NHS staff during the coronavirus crisis.
Gribbens Taxis have launched a number of initiatives including ensuring health workers can get to and from work as they battle on the frontline against the potentially lethal COVID-19.
The firm which run cabs across South Ayrshire today also announced that the elderly will be given a helping and with runs to and from supermarkets.
And for those who have to self-isolate Gribbens have promised to run a delviery service providng items are pre-paid.
A spokesperson for Gribbens told the Ayr Advertiser: "We as a company want to offer our services to help the elderly, vulnerable and the NHS staff in any way we can to continue their lives and to alleviate some of the stress that this current situation has brought to us all."
