Cumnock ACADEMY held Cumnock Come Dancing on February 4 in aid of The Kris Boyd Charity.

The Academy raised a fantastic £1129.27, presenting the cheque to Andy McLaren from the Charity on Monday, March 16.

The charity offers services helping to raise mental health awareness.

Come Dancing featured an array of dances with pupils and groups from the local community showcasing their talents.

Performances on the night included Pauline Auld Dance Academy dancing to ‘I’m Still Standing’ and Logan Primary with ‘Dance Monkey’.

The raffle was drawn by Andy McLaren, Peter Gilchrist, Headteacher, and Hazel Malakoty, event organiser.
