THUGS stole more than £50,000 of plant equipment.
The yobs pinched tractors and cranes from Cumnock and Doon Valley and transported it to South Lanarkshire this week.
Police discovered the stolen goods and launched an investigation to find out who was responsible. A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Officers from Carrick and Cumnock Locality Policing Teams recovered over £50,000 of stolen plant equipment in South Lanarkshire. Enquires are ongoing to try identify those involved.”
