New Cumnock Angling Association held its annual prizegiving at the weekend.
Anglers, friends and family enjoyed their annual dinner, dance and buffet on Saturday, October 26, 6.30pm in the bowling green.
Robert Shaw from the New Cumnock Angling Association said: “It was a very successful night, it was really good once more.The kids enjoyed it as well and it was a beautiful meal.
“It’s our annual presentation of the trophies for the fishing club. Every competition the weans fish they have a chance at getting a trophy and sometimes they’re sponsored quite heavily by local contractors.
“The bowling club hosted us and it was an exceptional night. Well done to the boys that done it and the help they got from the good ladies. Another good night was had by all.”
