East Ayrshire Learning Outdoors Support Team urge schools to sign up for tree campaign
East Ayrshire Learning Outdoors Support Team are asking schools in the area to sign up for a special #IDIGTREES campaign.
The campaign organised by TCV AND OVO energy are on a mission to help make a difference through the programme.
The aim is to plant one million trees by the end of the 2019-20 planting season.
The initiative allows schools to claim their free trees to plant within their school.
However, the campaign is not just directed at school’s but at the wider community, from volunteers to groups, these trees help reduce carbon emissions.
