Ayrshire Hospice’s seventh annual Go Purple day took place on Friday, October 11.
Each year, groups and organisations take part by holding “wear it purple days”, wearing purple wigs, baking purple cakes, taking purple selfies, just doing anything and everything to get as much purple into their day as possible!

Last year almost £22,000 was raised by countless companies and schools across Ayrshire, and the team at Ayrshire Hospice are hoping to have beaten that this year.
East Ayrshire Council also took part this year, with the team all dressing in purple in support of the charity.
