The Royal Burgh of Sanquhar was again very proud of the very successful 2019 flower show which had a very high standard of exhibits in all sections and to make the day we had sunshine.

A fine display of exhibits were on show in the Community Centre, Sanquhar at the 165th Flower Show.

The official opening of the show was performed by Mrs Yvonne Barber, well known as manager of A the Airt’s.

Yvonne was delighted to have been asked to perform the opening of the flower show, she said she enjoys her work at A the Airt’s and is getting to know the local people and working with everyone and the local schools.
