Hundreds tackle Scotland’s muddiest challenge in major 10K East Ayrshire course
HUNDREDS of people tackled Scotland’s muddiest challenge in a major 10K course in East Ayrshire.
Craufurdland Estate hosted 2019’s The Muddy Trials with eager runners taking part in the brutal course that offers a challenging but fun route.
The course includes rivers, hills, and the famous ‘Shrek’ ditch – over 50m of deep, gooey mud.
Kids joined in as well for the ‘Muddy Mile that lets the youngsters to get dirty too.
All finishers received a goody bag, and there are individual and team prizes on offer too.
