Here is how local residents from the EU, EEA or Swiss countries can apply to the EU Settlement
EAST AYRSHIRE residents who are originally from the EU, EEA or Swiss countries can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, which must be completed if they want to continue to reside in Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom.
Under the free scheme, you’ll continue to have the right to live and work in the UK.
It will mean you’ll continue to be eligible for; public services, such as healthcare and schools, public funds and pensions and a British citizenship, if you meet the requirements.
