Cops crack down crime after reports of shoplifting in Cumnock
COPS are cracking down on thieves after reports of shoplifting in Cumnock.
Two people were allegedly caught stealing in Townhead which sparked a police investigation.
A 37-year-old man and 31-year-old woman have been accused of swiping a considerable amount items from a store.
PC Craig Marshall said: “Police are investigating an incident that happened on February 20 at around 5.05pm in Cumnock Townhead.
“Two suspects have been reported after allegedly shoplifting a two figure sum of goods.”
