KELLOHOLM Primary pupils have been doing their bit to keep the area tidy.
Children have been picking up litter and learning about how important it is to look after the environment.
Th Community Safety Team of the council visited the children to explain what they do, and how rubbish can damage the wildlife around us.
The children then spent some time designing some posters to discourage dog fouling and littering.
The no dog fouling posters produced by the children were had been printed and laminated and were put up around the perimeter fence of the school.
The children enjoyed being an active part in the project ongoing to keep the area clean & tidy.
