Patna driver facing charge of no licence or insurance
POLICE in Patna pulled over a vehicle on Carnshalloch Avenue at around 11.55pm on Thursday, January 31.
The 24-year-old driver has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for allegedly driving without a valid licence and with no insurance.
