The litter problem.
THIS week has seen Officers issue seven Fixed Penalty Notices for littering and smoking offences in Kilmarnock and Cumnock Bus Station.
Residents are now being warned to avoid dropping trash to be respectful when they light up.
The environmental crime team in East Ayrshire are on high alert for anyone who may be bringing down the community with these offences and are prepared to hand out hefty fines to those who do.
