BUSINESSMAN Jerry Mulders’ dream can become a reality.
Mr Mulders, from New Cumnock, gave the Chronicle an exclusive preview of his vision which could transform our communities.
He has worked on a document, called I Have a Dream, after attending the inaugural meeting of the Coalfields Communities Landscape Partnership.
A steering group will decide where and when to spend Heritage Lottery funding which is earmarked to create tourism and leisure opportunities.
