50 years on for Cornet and Cornet's Lass
A special presentation took place ahead of the crowing of Sanquhar Queen during the Riding of the Marches.
It’s 50 years since John Campbell and Georgina MacFarlane were Cornet and Cornet’s Lass in 1968 and they have now been enrolled as honorary members of Sanquhar Cornet’s Club.
They were both presented with certificates on the 50th anniversary to mark the occasion.
