Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley Labour Party's Children's banner workshop
CHILDREN from Cumnock and Doon Valley took part in a banner making workshop run by the local Labour Party and Unite on Saturday, June 23.
The workshop – in the Centre Stane, Mauchline – was run by Glasgow School of Art artist, Sharon Thomas and forms part of The Great Get Together in memory of the murdered Labour MP Jo Cox.
The banner made by the children taking part will be taken to this year’s Durham Miners Gala on July 14.
