Ochiltree Farmers’ Society held a very successful Cattle Show on a cold day but fortunately the rain held off until the event was over.

There was a smaller entry in the dairy section, an increase in the beef section and the baking and handicrafts sections proved to be popular with the exhibitors. The judges had a difficult task deciding the winners.

A large audience watched the judging and the schoolchildren from Ochiltree Primary School participated and enjoyed attending the event.
