A MAN has been arrested after a spate of break-ins in Cumnock.

Police have arrested a 33-year-old man for his alleged involvement.

A report will now be sent to the procurator fiscal and the items recovered will be returned to their owner.

Working together with the community is a key factor in doing this. Members of the community assisted my officers with this enquiry and I want to state my thanks to them for their assistance. I would encourage anyone with information on those responsible for crimes of this nature to contact their local Community Policing Team .
