She will be accompanied by Patrick Hopper at the piano, and the programme includes Ombre mai fu by Handel, Che faro senza Euridice from Orfeo ed Euridice by Gluck, a song cycle by Poulenc, Old American Songs arranged by Aaron Copland, and three Scottish songs. Pauline studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow - now the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland - and continued her vocal studies at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, The Netherlands.

She was awarded a research scholarship from the Irish Research Council for doctoral study at University College Dublin, where she completed a PhD on the sacred vocal music of William Byrd, and now lectures in music at Griffith College Dublin and the University of Limerick.
