Charity show in memory of Alison
Loudoun Musical Society and the Palace Theatre put on an evening of sparkling entertainment in memory of former member Alison Lochhead. All the proceeds from this concert will be going to Bowel and Cancer Research.
Workers at Kilmarnock's Palace Theatre have raised more than £1400 for bowel cancer research from collections held after performances of their pantomime, Cinderella.
The theatre's administrative assistant, Alison Lochhead, died from the disease in February 2011 when her daughter, Zara, was just two.
Theatre manager, Janice Gilmour, said: "Alison was very bubbly and incredibly organised. She was always coming up with fresh ideas and had the personality to make them work. We miss her hugely."
The evening has a jam packed programme with songs and dance routines from musicals, pop artists and much more!
A perfect way to spend a cold February night!
Tickets are available from the Palace Theatre Box Office. Tel: 01563 554900. Tickets are £10.
