Billy Ocean the most successful British black male artist of all time is back on the road. Billy Ocean comes to Kilmarnock's Grand Hall on Thursday 13th May at 8pm with tickets at £20.00. Born in Trinidad, Ocean came to London's West End aged 7 and got into soul singers like Otis Redding and Sam Cooke as well as the Beatles and The Rolling Stones. His second single 'Love Really Hurts Without You' reached number 2 in the UK charts and No 12 in the US.

Top twenty singles followed and his move to Jive Records brought instant success with the million selling American No.1 and Grammy Award winning 'Caribbean Queen'. 'Suddenly', followed from the same double platinum album.

Classic hits continued with 'When The Going Gets Tough' and 'Get Outa My Dreams'. With his family grown up Billy went back to touring in 2007 and this successful tour culminated in his new album 'Because I Love You'.
