AYR HOSTS TWO DAY JULY MEETING

AYR Racecourse holds a two day fixture on Sunday July 8 with the totepool Armed Forces Family Raceday followed by Summer Fun Raceday on Monday July 9.
Both afternoons feature seven races with the opening race on Sunday, The Sadie Sawers Memorial Median Auction Maiden Stakes for two year olds over seven furlongs.
The feature race on the opening day is The Your Favourite Pool Bets At Totepool.com Handicap over a mile and the final race is The Deal Or No Deal At Totepool.com Amateur Riders Handicap over the minimum trip of five furlongs due off at 5.00 pm.
Monday's card also starts at 2.00 pm with the Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Maiden Stakes over five furlongs followed half an hour later by the feature race - the BetVictor.com Handicap also over five furlongs with £10,300 in prize money.
Ayr hosts no fewer than five meetings during the month of July on the 8th, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th making it the busiest month of the year at the Craigie track.
