GLENAFTON gaffer Tommy Bryce has warned his troops that there can’t be a repeat of the lapse in concentration that cost his side three points on Saturday when they host Talbot at the weekend.

Glen’s were 3-1 at one stage of the game only to blow it in injury time as Premier Division new boys, Troon, salvaged a point at Portland Park.

Bryce’s red hot Glens side have been rattling in the goals, and they notched another three in Saturday’s 3-3 draw with Troon.

Now with the visit of Talbot looming Bryce says his side must keep their focus for the full 90 minutes.

He said: “We were playing well and well on our way to a win but we just seemed to switch off and suffered a wee bit of a dip in focus or concentration.

“We can’t afford to do that against Talbot on Saturday and we’ll need to be on our toes.” Bryce added: “We’ve been scoring plenty of goals and we have defended well for the most part and I’d like to think we will cause them real problems on Saturday.” Glens take on Talbot at Loch Park on Saturday with a 2pm kick off.
