CUMNOCK gaffer Stevie Farrell has urged his players to continue their best run of form this season - and that includes overcoming Premier Division outfit Petershill in the cup this weekend.
Despite conceding a late equaliser at home to Ashfield on Saturday Nock are still unbeaten in four league games.
The visitors finished the game with nine men in a game that leaves the Townhead Park outfit only one point behind league leaders Rutherglen.
Farrell (pictured right) fumed at his players for failing to make their numerical advantage count but is adamant they will learn from the experience.
He said: "I didn't think we played well compared to recently and I was obviously disappointed to lose the late goal.
"Ashfield didn't have many chances but still scored two goals and there's no doubt we should have held on when they went down to ten men.
"But overall I'm happy with the way things have been going recently and this is the longest we have gone unbeaten in the league this season."
Nock have their sights set on causing a shock against Petershill in the West of Scotland Cup on Saturday, a tie Farrell is again expected to go into without injured trio Stevie Agnew, Ian Cashmore and Stevie Moore.
