UP FOR THE CUP: Tommy Sloan after last year's final victory over Clydebank.
Junior Cup opponents will be out for revenge, says Sloan
TALBOT boss Tommy Sloan insists Scottish Junior Cup opponents Clydebank will be out for revenge when they travel to Auchinleck in the last 16.
Sloan's men overcame the Bankies in last season's showpiece final at Rugby Park - and will meet again at Beechwood next weekend.
Last week's draw has been met with a mixed reaction by the gaffer, who knows his side will be expected to progress to the quarter-finals.
Sloan said: "We'll be favourites to win and all the incentive will be with them.
"I'm sure they'll be out to address what happened in the final last year but it's down to us to approach the game in the right manner.
"On paper we could have got a harder draw but there's no question they are a capable side. It's a home draw for us which is always a bonus."
