Cumnock Snap Up Tyler

Comments (0) | Print | Email

CUMNOCK have beaten off competition from Premier League clubs - including Irvine Meadow - to capture Kilwinning striker James Tyler.

The pacy frontman - whose previous clubs include Pollok and the Meadow - is one of four new faces announced by Nock boss Stevie Farrell. The other new recruits are Kilwinning defender Craig Baxter, Dalbeattie Star midfielder Gary McMenamin - brother of Dundee striker Colin - and Rutherglen Glencairn full-back Willie Galloway.

Farrell was delighted to snap up all four, saying they will all add to the squad as they battle to reclaim their Premier League status.
