DEFENDING champions Glenafton Athletic will host newly promoted Clydebank in the opening round of fixtures in the Super League Premier Division.

The final Super League season gets under way on Saturday, August 19 as the SJFA announced the seven rounds of matches.

Auchinleck Talbot face a tough away trip to Guys Meadow as they face last season's runners-up Kirkintilloch Rob Roy.

Cumnock also have an away tie as they take on Kilwinning Rangers at Abbey Park after the Buffs avoided relegation with a narrow 3-2 aggregate win over Kilsyth Rangers in the play-offs.

A week later Glens have the uneviable task as the first team to travel to Bellsdale Park to face Beith while Talbot and Cumnock host Hurlford United and Pollok in their first home games respectively.

Two local derbies have already been scheduled as Talbot travel to Loch Park on September 2 before hosting Cumnock on October 14.
