One special guest, Dr Jimmy Begg from Ayr, a retired GP who also worked with the Search and Rescue service, will open the event and present winners with their trophies.
Many classes of competition are available for entries, from all types of cut flowers to baking, as well as vegetables, floral art and handicrafts, with miniature gardens creations welcome from younger entrants.
There will also be a raffle, with numerous prizes on offer, while cash can be won by some successful competition winners in addition to the trophies.
Schedules and more information is available from the secretary by calling 01290 550623.
The show will take place in Mauchline Parish Church halls between 2pm and 4pm — admission is £1.50 for non-members, £1 for OAPs and children, while society members get in free with their membership card.
