A PRISONER with hepatitis C has spat on a nurse — exposing her to risk of infection.
George Wallace, 36, spat on Stacey Kelly’s face at Crosshouse Hospital on December 17, 2013 without any regard for the consequences.
Four days earlier he ended up in custody after refusing to leave an address in Sorn Street, Catrine during an argument.
During the December 13 row, he repeatedly tried to grab a mobile phone, threw it against the wall, grabbed a knife and cut himself on the body.
The following year — last September — he contacted a woman at Walker Court, Cumnock when he was banned from doing so.
Wallace was sentenced to nine months in jail.
