YOUNG voters from Cumnock have the chance to hear both sides in the Scottish independence debate.
A special event is set to be held at the Royal Hotel, Cumnock tonight, Thursday August 21, at 7pm.
This event is bilateral, without affiliation, and the platform consists of two young speakers from GenYes and two from BetterTogether. There will be a standard format of speakers plus chaired Q&A session, with both entry and exit polls.
Former local youth worker and poet, Jim Monaghan, will open things up with a performance of some of his uniquely Ayrshire slam poetry.
The event will be informal, free, informative and fun.
