NEW Cumnock, Kirkconnel and Kelloholm will be able to examine proposals for a 26-turbine windfarm at Lethans.
The site, around 4.5km north-east of New Cumnock straddling the border between East Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway, is proposed to last 25 years.
The operation promies to support 188 jobs during contruction, 14 while the turbines are operational and 15 on decomission.
The company also pledges £11m to a community benefit fund over the 25 years.
The proposals can be viewed in New Cumnock Community centre between 3pm and 7pm on Wednesday August 20.
The exhibition will move to Hillview Leisure Centre in Kelloholm on Thursday August 21 from 3pm to 7pm.
Banks Renewables also propose to build an eight-turbine wind farm on the High Cumnock site between Cumnock and New Cumnock.
They say this site would support 102 construction jobs and will source £.34m of community benefits during its 25 year lifespan.
