COUNCIL tenants are to be asked on their views on the provision of housing services.
The Council has appointed the Knowledge Partnership, a company which specialises in large scale surveys, to conduct a satisfaction survey of 1,000 tenants from across East Ayrshire.
The survey will begin on Monday July 28 and last for eight weeks.
The door-to-door survey will identify the key priorities for tenants and will help to shape future improvements to the Council’s Housing Service. Responses from this survey will provide a comparison to a similar survey which was conducted back in 2011.
There will be nine Knowledge Partnership interviewers working on this project. They will be supplied with photographic Council ID badges and will carry an introductory letter which will explain why they are carrying out the survey.
If tenants have any concerns about the legitimacy of the interviewer, or have any questions about the survey, they can call the Customer Liaison Team from East Ayrshire Council on 01563 554878.
