Police in Upper Nithsdale are investigating the theft of an Ifor Williams drop-side trailer which had an old grey coloured Mini car sitting on it. The trailer was stolen from the Duke Street Garage, Kirkconnel sometime between 10pm on Monday July 7 and 9am on Tuesday .
The trailer is valued at about £1200 and the Mini car is only scrap value.
