Are you living with dementia, or do you care for someone with dementia? The Dementia Café is here to help.
NHS Ayrshire & Arran has set up a dementia café for patients, carers or anyone affected by dementia. The support group takes place on the first Wednesday of every month, from 1pm to 3pm in the Croy Resource Centre, Ailsa Hospital, Ayr. The next session with be on 7 May 2014.
You can come along and have a chat with staff and enjoy a drink and some home baking. The café is an informal environment to help you chat to other people in a similar situation. Each week will focus on a different theme and include taste and try groups. The group is free, but we would appreciate a donation of £1.50.
