Farepak payout "better than nothing".
SAVERS hit by the Farepack scandal are finally set to get some of their lost money back after six years of uncertainty.
However, a Cumnock victim of the scandal is upset about the lack of communication from bosses at the failed savings scheme.
Former Farepack agent Elizabeth Bingham said: "It should never have happened in the first place and I feel that we have been kept in the dark while all this is going on.
"There's been nothing to say how sorry anyone was or the slightest sign of an apology.
"It would be good to finally get some of the money back though."
