David Wilson shows off the damage to his house.

A PENSIONER has blasted East Ayrshire Council after claiming his home has been wrecked due to their failure to fix his damaged chimney.

David Wilson, 68, also says his health is deteriorating due the damp conditions he's been forced to live in.
