It's that time of year again for exams - yes, its prelim time for students.

If you are sitting exams you might also be thinking about where your future is heading - further education/college/university/employment?

If you're not sure and perhaps need some help to put you on the right track, why not come along to the Careers evening at yipworld.com Senior drop-in on Thursday, 26th January 2012 from 6.30pm to 9.30 p.m.

There will be representatives from colleges, armed forces, I.T. specialists, Police and local employers providing plenty of information to help you make that all important decision.

Here at Inspiring Scotland, we are continuing to provide East Ayrshire schools with services to support young people to build up their confidence/self esteem to sustain mainstream education. These workshops also help young people develop their social and life skills, which in turn will help them to make positive decisions about their future. We are also delivering the Employability Award providing young people and adults with knowledge and skills to help them in the world of work.

You may have noticed a change in 'the Precinct' this week - The Training Terminal are re-locating to yipworld.com due to the end of the funding period. However the good news is that staff will continue to provide services to Cumnock and surrounding areas, so if you are unemployed and looking for work, or just want to update your skills, why not call in or phone 01290 422364.

Pulse Recording Studio Pop Star For A Day singing packages were extremely popular as Christmas gifts and we have had a steady stream of budding pop stars booking their recording sessions and singing their hearts out in the studio. If you have received a gift voucher for one of these packages, but haven't used it yet, give us a call when you're ready and we'll book you in. You never know, you could be the next Bruno Mars or Lady GaGa!

Pulse Recording Studio are also offering beginners Guitar Classes for kids 12 years and under. The classes cover all the basics, including tuning the guitar, basic chords, and strumming. The lessons are relaxed & above all FUN!

The class is held every Wednesday afternoon from 4.30 until 5.30pm, and provides a fun way to learn.
