Ayr set for second January meet

AYR Racecourse stages its second January fixture on Tuesday January 17 with the seven-race card due off at 1pm.
The opening race is the Victorchandler.com Maiden Hurdle over 2 miles followed by the feature race of the afternoon, the Bet Live At Victorchandler.com Novices' Chase.
Some exciting young chasing prospects will contest this race which carries a healthy prize fund of £8700. Expect leading trainers like Ferdy Murphy, Nicky Richards and Lucinda Russell to have runners in this.
The fixture concludes with the Ayr Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race at 4.10 pm.
