Street plagued by bin thefts

RESIDENTS in a New Cumnock street are being plagued by yobs stealing their wheelie bins.
In one instance a lady in Mason Avenue has had her bin stolen more than 30 times this year.
Neighbours are nearing breaking point and are demanding action be taken to stop the culprits from running amok.
