A MAUCHLINE uncle shed six stone after a health scare - and because he was too puffed out to run around with his nieces.

Doctors diagnosed 20 stone, 11lb Jamie Shields with severe high blood pressure in early 2010.

Realising at 44-years-old he was too young to be feeling out of breath, Jamie decided to join Scottish Slimmers.

Fourteen months later Jamie has lost an incredible eight inches from his waist line.

By making a few changes in what he was eating and choosing healthier options Jamie from Mary Morrison Drive lost an incredible six stone and feels amazing thanks to Scottish Slimmers.
