Mauchline 12th Worst in UK For Internet Speed

A TV lover can't watch a new online service because the broadband in his village is TOO slow.
MP Cathy Jamieson will take the issue to Westminster after he constituency was ranked 12th worst for internet speeds in the UK.
Sky HD subscriber Jim Thomson, 63, Beechwood Road, Mauchline can't watch the on demand service Sky Antime+ because it requires a phone line connected to his Sky box and Sky Broadband Unlimited. Sky state they can only provide the slower, Sky Connect service because the underground cables won't allow anything faster.
