A NEW CUMNOCK woman claims she has lived with a damp problem at her home for FIVE years.
Catherine Monaghan says she moved into her house in Blairene Drive on the understanding East Ayrshire Council would soon fix the problem.
And Catherine - who loves her home - refuses to move and says the Council must stick to their end of the agreement and fix her house.
