Kind-hearted brothers do their bit for Bellsbank Primary

TWO pro-active brothers saved up their pocket money to replace a bird table destroyed by vandals at Bellsbank Primary.

In January the school was hit with a repair bill for £5000 after playground equipment was damaged and 20 windows smashed.

In the wake of the attack pupils Grant and Glen Wilson decided enough was enough and have spent the last eight weeks putting money aside for the new table.

And unbeknown to Head Teacher Alexander Kennedy they turned up at school with their new bird table last week.
