A MUIRKIRK councillor claimed more than 10 percent of all total expenses dished out to East Ayrshire elected members in the last financial year.
Labour Cllr Kelly claimed back a grand total of £3,466.08 from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010 - the most out of all 32 Councillors.

The Chronic ill really need to do the work they have been charged to do. They really MUST have the PUBLIC interest at heart (NOT the SNP).
It is an honourable position that the FREE press in this country hold and it must NEVER be used in this way. You are the eyes and ears and MOUTH of the public. You MUST search out and hold these people to account.

David - "You must search out and hold these people to account". How do you propose they go about this? Somehow informing us of the biggest culprit is seen as supporting the SNP?
The reason so many young people ignore politics is because they do not understand most of the mindless tripe people like you force them to listen to!
As you are all for balanced politics - I await your post demanding that the SNP are allowed the opportunity to respond to the following article from the supposedly SNP biased "Chronic ill"
