Visions board pleads with EAC: No more cuts

THE board behind Visions Leisure Centre has warned East Ayrshire Council that they cannot face any further funding cuts.

A ten per cent reduction in the centre's budget for the current financial year has stretched their resources to near breaking point.

The Cumnock and District Leisure Group board - which is made up entirely of volunteers - has revealed cuts may have to be implemented in order to plug their £30,000 black hole.
