Yobs 'sticking two fingers up' to locals

A COMMUNITY group has blasted the heartless yobs who ransacked their eco project.

Auchinleck Community Development Initiative (ACDI) were stunned to find their bio-domes site in Aird Avenue had been trashed by thieves who made off with items including hedge strimmers and a cordless drill.

Volunteers spent hours picking up the pieces while valiantly trying to save plants damaged by the intruders.

Following the attack ACDI chair, councillor Neil McGhee, issued a no holds barred warning to those behind the damage, insisting they are sticking "two fingers up" to the entire village.
