Women in Ayrshire and Arran are being urged to take up the offer of a free flu vaccination to protect themselves and also their baby from the possible serious effects of flu.
NHS Ayrshire and Arran Chief Executive Doctor Wai-yin Hatton was invited by Provost Stephanie Young to Council Headquarters recently where she presented Doctor Hatton with a silver platter
Young people urged to give Parliament law advice
Cathy Jamieson MP is encouraging young people in Kilmarnock and Loudoun to engage with the democratic process by entering Lights, Camera, Parliament!, a free film competition run by the UK Parliament's Education Service.
