It's the hot topic of the week that has had everyone talking - should Bathgate Thistle's controversial winner have stood?

Cumnock suffered Scottish Junior Cup Final heartache when they lost 2-1 to the East Region cracks in Sunday's Rugby Park thriller.

Despite Ritchie Barr's stunning first-half strike, a goal that would have graced any cup final, Campbell Money's men were left gutted as goals from Stevie Menmuir and Paul McGrillen won the cup for Thistle.

But Nock fans were united in their belief that McGrillen's 82nd minute goal should never have stood.

Referee Brian Colvin and his assistant Stevie Crichton both deemed that the veteran hitman's effort had crossed the line seconds before Cumnock's Gareth Campbell and Stevie Murray got to it.

But the Chronicle has spoken to countless fans who were at Rugby Park and who were adamant that the ball did not cross the line, therefore the goal should NOT have stood.

Now, we have secured video footage - courtesy of John Mitchell - of the controversial strike, and are giving you the chance to decide.

See for yourself whether you reckon the ball crossed the line before Gareth Campbell's clearance, and let us know what you think.
