Smith Jailed For Murdering Diane and Holly

A sex offender has been jailed for 32 years for murdering a Cronberry mother and daughter.
Thomas Smith, 26, of Riverside Gardens Cronberry, near Cumnock, lived next door to Diane Fallon, 43, and her little girl Holly, 10.
He showed no emotion as he was led away to begin his sentence.
Diane and Holly were last seen on the evening of March 28, 2009. After three days missing staff a St John's Primary raised the alarm when Holly failed to show for classes. Their bodies were discovered 11 days later following a police search.
Smith pleaded guilty to the charges at the High Court in Glasgow today. The court heard that Smith was on the sex offenders register after a sexual offence on another 10-year-old girl in Teeside in Northern England in 2006.

the f@#$%r will get his his just deserts in the nick when he bends down to pick up the soap.they do not tolerate nonces.every day for the rest of his miserable existence ,he will have to look over his shoulder wandering........when is it going to happen?

Piece of crap. We used to go to school together and all the barshare kids would hang out together and his piece of scum was one of them. Rot in hell.

I used to go to school with this wierdo, in fact, I was good friends with him for years, it breaks my heart to think of how that poor woman and that little girl suffered. I work in a jail myself and it saddens me to say, he'll be given digital tv and put in with the rest of the beasts on a nonce wing and he'll probably be a hero, the sickos will sit in their cells comparing notes while playing on their playstations, it angers me beyond belief and yet there's nothing we can do about it! I hope he rots in hell, piece of s**t!!
