REMEMBRANCE days will take place all over Cumnock and Doon Valley this Sunday.

•There will be a wreath laying in the grounds of Auchinleck Parish Church at 11.15am followed by a service held at Auchinleck Parish Church at 11.30am.

•In Catrine a service will take place at the Parish Church at 10am with a wreath laying at the Catrine War memorial at 2pm.

•A wreath will be laid by elected members at the the garden of Remembrance in Cumnock at 11am. A parade will leave from Cumnock Town Hall at 2pm. and another wreath will be laid by the Provost at 2.20pm. A service and wreath laying will take place at the War Memorial in Glaisnock Street Cemetery.

•A service will take place at Schaw Kirk, Drongan at 11.30am followed by a wreath laying at the war memorial within the Church.

•A Church Service will take place at Lugar Parish Church at 10am followe by a wreath laying in the Church grounds at 11am.

•A parade will commence at Church Hall Castle Street, Cumnock at 10.15am, followed by a Church Service at Mauchline parish Church at 10.45am and wreath laying at approximately 12noon at the War Memorial.

•A parade will leave from Memorial Gate, Muirkirk at 11.15am. A wreath laying will take place at the War Memorial in the Park at 11.30am followed by a Service at Muirkirk Parish Church at 11.45am.

•A parade will leave Nimmer Road, New Cumnock at 10.30am followed by a Service at New Cumnock Parish Church at 10.50am. A wreath laying will take place at the war memorial at New Cumnock Parish Churh at 12.15pm and Afton Cemetery at 12.20pm.

•A Church Service will take place at Ochiltree Parish Church at 11.30am. A wreath laying will follow after the church service at the memorial next to the Community Centre in Doctors Road.

•A Church Service will take place at Patna Waterside Church at 10am. A wreath laying will then take place at the War Memorial next to the cemetery at the top of Patna Hill.

• In Rankinston the service will be held at Drongan Parish Church at the time stated above. A wreath laying will take place at the War Memorial at 1pm.

•A Church Service will take place at Sorn Village Church at 10am with a wreath laying taking place during the morning service.

•And a Waterside (near Patna) a wreath laying and brief service will be held at the War Memorial at 1pm.
